Common questions

Is this a pre-approval?

No. It's a free, private check that points you to your next steps. It doesn't check your credit or make any lending decision. A pre-approval needs a short application and a credit check; we can do that whenever you're ready.

Why do you ask about past bankruptcy or foreclosure?

Because most loans have waiting periods after them, and the right next step depends on that. You only answer yes or no and roughly when; we never ask for details here, and you can choose "prefer not to say".
