Your thoughts

Your notes are your own observations, not a professional assessment.

Email these notes to myself

We'll email you all the homes you've saved here. A private copy is kept in our office records so we can help with your questions.

Do you already have a Realtor?

Common questions

Is this the same as a home inspection?

No. It's a place for your own observations while you look around. A licensed home inspector, and for Florida a wind mitigation and four-point inspection, check the home properly. Note anything that needs a professional to look at it.

Where are my notes kept?

On this device, in your browser, until you clear them. If you choose to email them to yourself, a copy is also kept privately in our office records so we can help with your questions; only Bill and his authorized staff can see it.

Can my own Realtor see this?

Only if you share it. You can print it, or email it to yourself and forward it. If you're getting your mortgage through us and ask us to, we'll keep your Realtor updated on your loan.
