Can Bill do my mortgage in another state?
Bill is a mortgage loan originator licensed in Florida, Georgia and Texas, so for a home in those states he can arrange your loan himself. For other states we introduce a local loan officer.
I'm moving to Florida. Who helps me?
Bill does, directly: he's a Florida Realtor and loan officer, so he can help with the home and the loan anywhere in Florida.
